Account Security Practices

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. We log every login attempt and flag unusual access patterns automatically. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, we will notify you via your registered email before taking any action.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the duration of your account. After account closure, we retain only the records required by applicable financial and legal obligations. Everything beyond that is permanently deleted on a rolling schedule reviewed every six months.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit these requests via email or the Help Centre form; we confirm receipt within one business day.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the payment identifiers you register — such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. We also log IP addresses and session activity to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Payment identifiers are passed to the relevant payment processor to authorise the transaction and then stored in encrypted form in your account record. We retain these only as long as required by applicable financial regulations in India.
